2021 China Forging Die and Lubrication Seminar has come to a successful conclusion

On December 24, 2021, China Forging Association successfully held "2021 China Forging Die and Lubrication Seminar" in Tai 'an, Shandong Province. The seminar is held every two years, with more than 100 participants. Due to the impact of the epidemic and the temporary cancellation of enterprise visits, only more than 50 representatives attended the seminar. The conference focused on the hot, key, difficult and developing trends in the field of precision forging die and lubrication.

On 24th, the Vice president of Han Mulin addressed the conference. In his speech, the Vice president of Han mentioned that during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the mold manufacturing capacity, mold processing and heat treatment technology have been greatly improved, and some forging enterprises have made great progress in the mold repair. At the same time, call on domestic enterprises to keep up with the pace of the development of the "14th Five-Year Plan", according to the shortcomings of their own enterprises or can be improved, to strive for a new level in the field of forging mold and lubrication.

Then, technical experts in the field of forging die and lubrication shared 11 wonderful reports, including 5 reports from leading domestic parts enterprises, covering the life improvement of forging die, die material selection and process, die design and processing, die heating and lubrication, protective lubricant research and other fields. Due to the impact of the epidemic, two of the reports were shared by video recording.

After the sharing of the report, the delegates had a heated discussion on the technical problems in the field of forging die and lubrication as well as the hot and difficult problems encountered in the actual production.
