Jing County Longxin Precision Forging Co.,Ltd is specialized in the production of automobiles, forklifts, and engineering machinery forgings , who is located in Longhua Industrial Park, Hengshui City, Hebei Province with very convenient traffic .Our company is adjacent to Hengde Expressway in the north, Shide Railway in the south and Shiji High-speed Railway in the east.
Now we have 7 forging production lines with program-controlled full hydraulic die forging hammers and 2 forging production lines with friction presses.
Program-controlled full hydraulic die forging hammer is a forging equipment in China,which is mainly controlled by computer program and can realize various energy output and high frequency forging.
The company also has a variety of CNC machine tool-based mold manufacturing workshop, and multi-axis machining center and CNC lathes - based machining production lines. Therefore, our company can provide one-stop supporting services from mold research and development, forging production, product heat treatment and mechanical processing.
We mainly provides supporting services for domestic large automobile and forklift enterprises, and has established business cooperative relations with the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Canada, Japan, Australia, Italy and other countries with more than 800 kinds of products, such as fork hook, railway rail press, engineering machinery cylinder earring, cylinder bottom, cylinder seat, etc
